We want you to be happy and stress-free, which is why Boost Lifestyle Brands accepts returns up to 14 days after the order has been delivered.
If you require a return for refund, simply send all products to our warehouse. Once we receive your item(s) and inspect them to confirm that they are unused and in saleable condition, we will issue a credit for the full purchase price. Credit can only be done on the same card that was used for the purchase. If the item is returned in a used or unsaleable condition, your refund is subject to approval by management. For this reason, we highly recommend photographing the items before shipping them back, in case any damage occurs during shipping.
Please be sure to keep the box in which your package was sent so that you can use it in case of a return—this is not only easier for you, but also better for the environment.
Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping has to be paid by the customer.
Damage From Shipping
If our products arrive damaged from shipping, we will issue a replacement as soon as possible. We will work with our freight providers regarding any claims and damages. Please note that we are unable to use rush-delivery to send a replacement for product damaged in shipping.
